Overview
The Verify module keeps a record of every verification it runs, and there are two handy ways to get that information out when you need it.
The first is a download of the whole list. This gives you a spreadsheet of your verification records, which is useful for reporting, reconciliation, or sharing a snapshot with your team. The second is a certificate for one specific verification. This is a tidy, point-in-time document you can keep on file or hand over as evidence that a particular member was verified, including their details and the checks that were run.
Both start from the same place, the Verifications list, so you can grab whichever one suits the job in front of you.
Which one do you need?
Reach for the list download when you want many records at once for reporting or record-keeping. Reach for the certificate when you need the full detail of a single verification in a shareable document.
Download a list of verifications
The Verifications list exports to a spreadsheet in a couple of clicks.
- Open Verify > Verifications to view your verification records.
- Narrow the list first if you only want certain records. You can search by member number, name or ID, and filter by All statuses, All policies, All systems, and a date range. Adjust what you need, then click Filter.
- Click Download at the top right of the list.
That's it. A file downloads with the records currently shown, covering the list-level detail you see on screen (Request Id, member number, name, date, status, source and policy). It won't include the full detail behind each verification, so for that you'll want a certificate, covered next.
Tip
Filtering before you download keeps the file focused on what you're after. It's also the quickest way to pull a set you'll reuse, like a single policy or a fixed date range, without trawling through the full history.
Download a verification certificate
When you need the complete picture for one verification, open it and download its certificate.
- Open Verify > Verifications.
- Find the verification you want, using the search box or filters if it helps, then click its Request Id to open it.
- On the Overview tab, click Download certificate at the top right.
Your certificate downloads as a PDF. It sets out the member's details, the verification details (such as the verification ID, policy, status and date created), the watchlist status, and any documents that were verified. It's a clean, self-contained record you can file away or share whenever you need proof a verification took place.
Good to know
The certificate captures the verification as it stood at the time, so the date it was generated appears in the footer. If a verification's status changes later, download a fresh certificate to reflect the current result.
