Overview
The Receive module is where you build, manage, and monitor your digital forms. It's the inbound counterpart to Send — while Send handles outbound communications, Receive captures structured data back from your recipients through forms they fill in.
Once you're inside Receive, the secondary navigation on the left gives you access to everything. It's split into three areas: Reports, Form management, and Receive settings.
Secondary navigation
Here's a quick rundown of each section and when you'll use it.
Most users will spend their time in Templates and Responses. If you're building or updating forms, head to Templates. If you're reviewing what's been submitted, head to Responses. Forms activity is handy for a broader view of submission trends. Edit settings is admin territory — it controls platform-wide behaviour and doesn't usually need to be touched for routine form work.
Filters and search
Both Forms activity and Responses have filter controls at the top of the page. You can narrow results by category, status, and date range, and apply them with the Filter button. In Responses, there's also a search field for looking up a specific account number or name.
If a page shows "No data for the selected filters", it just means no submissions match your current filter combination — adjusting the date range or clearing a status filter will usually bring results through.
That's the lay of the land. For detailed guidance on any of these areas — creating forms, reviewing responses, or configuring access settings — the other guides will walk through each one step by step.
