Overview
Auth is the front door to your Chandler CX Platform environment. It handles authentication and user management for every tenant and module you have access to, so you don't need to log in and out of different products or hunt for the right environment.
For admins, it's also where the day-to-day access work happens. You can see which modules are enabled for each tenant, manage users and permissions, review audit logs, and launch any product module with a single click.
Think of Auth as your launchpad — once you're in, everything else opens from here.
Switch between tenants
If you manage more than one tenant, you'll want to switch between them depending on what you're working on. This is handled through the Modules panel on the left.
- Open the Modules panel on the left-hand side of the Auth dashboard.
- View all tenants, or click a specific tenant to focus on it.
- The dashboard updates to show the applications and modules available for the tenant you've selected.
That's it — you're now working within the right tenant context, and any module you launch from here will open against that tenant.
Launch a product module
Once you've picked your tenant, launching a module is just a click away. No second login, no separate URL to remember.
- From the dashboard, find the module tile you want to open — for example, Chandler Verify, CX Engine - Receive, or CX Platform.
- Click the tile to launch that product for your chosen tenant.
- The module opens in context, so you'll land straight into the right environment without any extra steps.
View by category
Modules are grouped under each tenant, so it's easy to see what's available for every business area at a glance. Handy when you're orienting a new admin or auditing what's enabled where.
Manage tenant settings
Each tenant has its own settings area, and Auth is where you'll find it. This is where you can review tenant details, manage users and their permissions, and dig into audit logs when you need to track who did what.
- From the Auth dashboard, select the tenant you want to manage.
- Open the tenant's settings to view details, manage users, adjust permissions, or review audit logs.
Everything related to that tenant's administration lives in one place, so you won't need to jump between modules to make changes.
Tips for getting the most out of Auth
A few small habits make Auth easier to live with day-to-day:
- Treat the Auth dashboard as your starting point for any module or tenant admin work — it saves time and keeps you in the right context.
- Periodically review which modules are enabled for each tenant. It's a quick way to stay on top of security and stay audit-ready.
- Use the search and filter options to find tenants, modules, or settings fast — especially useful once your environment grows.
Once you're comfortable moving around in Auth, the rest of the platform opens up easily. From here, you can head straight into any module and pick up where you left off.
