Overview
Out of the box, CX Platform comes with the core modules you need to run your outbound and inbound communications — Send, Receive, and Archive. The add-on modules extend that footprint, giving you specialist capabilities for the moments where the core toolkit isn't quite enough on its own.
Add-ons are licensed separately, so the ones you see in your primary navigation depend on what's been enabled for your organisation. If a module isn't showing up and you think it should be, your system administrator can confirm what's included in your configuration.
There are two add-on modules available today: Generate and Verify. Here's what each one is for.
Not sure which one you need?
Generate is for creating and sending one-to-one communications on the fly — think agent-driven correspondence. Verify is for identity checks and KYC compliance. They solve very different problems, and you can run either (or both) alongside the core modules.
Generate
Real-time, personalised emails, SMS, and printed mail — created and sent in the moment.
Generate is built for the times when a bulk campaign won't do — when an agent or staff member needs to produce a single, highly personalised communication and get it out the door straight away. It pulls verified data from your source systems, drops it into approved templates, and dispatches the result across whichever channel makes sense.
By automating the heavy lifting around template population and delivery, Generate cuts down on manual effort, reduces data entry errors, and frees your agents up to focus on the customer rather than the admin.
What makes it tick
Real-time data integration. Generate connects directly to your source registry, CRM, or ERP so data flows in live and documents get produced on the spot. Flexible, accurate document generation. It pulls in system data automatically, with room for agents to add extra points of personalisation where it's needed.
Key features
Verify
Effortless KYC compliance and identity verification to reduce risk, prevent fraud, and keep onboarding smooth.
Verify is an all-in-one solution for meeting Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and identity verification requirements. It checks an individual's name, address, date of birth, and identity documents against trusted, independent sources in real time — including the Australian Government's Document Verification Service (DVS).
The module is made up of three pieces working together: an Administration Platform for managing policies and reviewing activity, a Web Application Framework (a JavaScript plugin) that drops the verification flow into your customer-facing journeys, and a comprehensive API suite for deeper integrations.
What makes it tick
Brand friendly and configurable. Style the verification experience to match your brand with custom CSS, images, and icons, so it feels like part of your product. Smart policy engine. Build and apply custom verification policies through the admin platform to fit your organisation's workflows, journeys, and compliance rules.

How add-ons fit alongside the core modules
Once an add-on is enabled for your organisation, it shows up in the primary navigation right alongside Send, Receive, and Archive. You move between them the same way you'd move between any other module — no extra logins, no separate platforms to learn.
Each add-on has its own settings, reporting, and configuration sections, which we'll cover in their own dedicated guides.
