Overview
Auth is the secure sign-in portal for CX Platform. It's the starting point for every System Administrator — the place where you log in, prove who you are, and then jump into whichever environment you need to work in.
Once you're in, Auth gives you a single view of every CX Platform environment your organisation has access to. That includes your Production (PROD) and Test (TEST) environments, as well as any SFTP endpoints set up for your tenant. Rather than juggling separate URLs and logins for each one, you sign in once and everything you're allowed to access is right there.
To access Auth, head to https://auth.chandler.com.au/ and sign in with your credentials.
How you sign in
Auth supports two ways of signing in, depending on how your organisation has been set up:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) — if your organisation uses SSO, you'll sign in with your existing work credentials. No separate password to remember, and no activation email to chase.
- Username and password with 2FA — if SSO isn't enabled for your email address, you'll sign in with your email and password, then confirm a one-time code sent by SMS to the mobile number registered against your account.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is there to keep your account — and your customers' data — secure. Even if someone got hold of your password, they couldn't get in without the code on your phone.
Mobile number doesn't look right?
If the mobile number shown during 2FA isn't yours, or you don't recognise it, get in touch with your CX Platform tenant administrator straight away. Don't request the code until it's sorted.
What you can do in Auth
Once you've signed in, Auth becomes your launchpad. Here's a quick rundown of what's available:
Activating your account for the first time
If you're a brand new user and SSO isn't set up for your email, you'll get an Activation Email when your account is created. The link in that email kicks off a quick setup so you can choose a password and complete your first sign-in.
- Open the activation email and click the activation link.
- Confirm your email address and choose a password, then click Activate.
- Click Login to head to the sign-in page and complete two-factor verification.
That's it — your account is active and ready to go. From here on, you'll sign in straight from https://auth.chandler.com.au/.
Sign in with username and password
Once your account is set up, signing in is quick:
- Go to https://auth.chandler.com.au/.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Enter your password and click Log in.
- Click Send code to send a one-time PIN to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the code and click Log in to finish two-factor verification.
You'll land on the Auth home page, where you can pick the module or tenant setting you want to work with.
A quick word on 'Remember me'
You'll see a Remember me? tickbox on the sign-in screen. It's handy on a personal device you trust, but skip it on shared or public computers — anyone who comes along next would land straight in your account.
Sign in with SSO
If your organisation has SSO enabled, signing in is even quicker — you'll use your existing work credentials rather than a separate CX Platform password. Once you've signed in with your identity provider (such as Entra ID or Okta), you'll be brought straight back to Auth.
- Go to https://auth.chandler.com.au/, enter your email address and click Continue.
- Auth will detect that SSO is enabled for your email and prompt you to sign in with your organisation's identity provider. Click Log in using... to continue.
- If you're not already signed in with your identity provider, enter your password and click Sign in. Your organisation may ask for an additional verification step here, like a code from an authenticator app — just follow the prompts.
- Once you're authenticated, you'll be brought back to Auth and signed in to your account.
That's it — no separate password to remember, and no SMS code to wait for. If you're already signed in to your work account in the same browser, you'll often skip the password step entirely.
Not sure if SSO is enabled for your account?
Have a go at signing in with your email — Auth will work it out from there. If SSO is set up, you'll be sent off to your organisation's identity provider after step one. If not, you'll see the standard password screen instead.
