Enabling and Resetting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Learn how to enable and reset two-factor authentication in CX Platform so users can maintain secure access to their accounts.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): What You Need to Know

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a code sent to your mobile phone through SMS when you log in. If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), this feature is managed through your company’s login and you do not need to enable 2FA in Chandler CX.

Enabling 2FA

Your administrator will enable 2FA for you. Make sure your current mobile phone number is recorded in your user profile, as you will get verification codes there.

Using 2FA

At login, after entering your username and password, you’ll receive a code via SMS to complete the sign-in process.

Changing Phone

If you change or lose your phone, contact your administrator so they can update your number.

Note: 2FA works only via SMS to your mobile; email or authenticator apps are not supported at this time.
